meroKhata provides a digital ledger and cash flow management platform specifically designed for small businesses and individuals. Our Service allows users to record daily income and expenses, manage customer credits (Udhar), and generate financial reports.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Your financial data belongs to you. meroKhata does not sell your personal financial transaction data to third parties for advertising purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, meroKhata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
